HOW TO CURE ACNE

“They say beauty isn’t just skin deep. Well, neither is your acne”
For anything to cure completely it is important to know the root cause of it. While I was making a to-do list of what blogs are to be published and when, I actually realized that we all should focus on skin care along with makeup because at the end of the day we all want flawless and glowing skin.
Acne is basically not a fungal or a bacterial disease. It can strike due to various foreign reasons. There comes a time when you’ve tried all the products over the counter you could find n your battle against the dreaded blight of acne….but still the battle rages on.
For a few, cleansing methods alone are enough to eradicate acne. But for the rest of us, there is something going on under the surface that is causing acne to rear its ugly head.
Getting down to the root of the issue isn’t easy. For one thing, we’re all different. What causes my acne may have nothing to do with yours. It’s all about how our bodies function as individuals. Still, while there are many factors that may be contributing to your acne as well.
So without a further ado let’s start with the natural reasons of acne. There are four main reasons that boil down to acne. They are as follows.

1. Gut Health
2. Stress
3. Toxins
4. Hormonal Imbalance
Come, let’s together delve deep into the above mentioned four reasons.

Gut Health-
I have put this reason, mainly because the condition of our gut, effects the entire body far more than most of us realize.  An unhealthy gut system can contribute to toxic overload, hormonal imbalances and stress–gut health is truly the foundation of your overall health and well-being. Acne can be the first thing that we may see if something in out gut is not functioning well.
Simple ways to improve your gut is to include eating probiotic foods like raw milk yoghurt, herbal bitters for good digestion and bone broth every day at least once. Dis-functioning of the gut can even cause hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety, and toxins
Stress-
Stress is a common root cause of a lot of problems related to our health be it physical or emotional. When stress hormones are chronically elevated, certain health issues begin to crop up. Acne is just one of them. As stress raises adrenaline and cortisol levels it can be a major reason of breakouts. To control your stress level for a better life one should introduce Yoga and Meditation in their daily routine, plenty of sleep is necessary too.

Toxins-
Let’s face it. In today’s time our world is more toxic than ever. A lot of times I’ve heard that due to overload of toxins our pores get blocked and it becomes very difficult for the body to release the toxins so we tend to have breakouts. It is very important to flush out the toxins from our body for which we should increase the fluid intake in our diet. Fresh fruit juices is highly adviced.

Hormonal Imbalance-
As an adolescent, I faced severe acne issues due to hormonal imbalance. When a child hits her/his Puberty hormonal changes happen majorly. The body takes time to adjust through the changes and we suffer from breakouts. I as an individual have periodical acne. Acne hits me when am nearing my periods or during my periods because that time my body goes through biological changes and I suffer from breakouts.
